It's Monday! What are you reading? -- 6/1

This meme is hosted by Book Journey.

Happy Monday! This week I am reading Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley (it has become my gym read and taking a little longer than anticipated -- I really need to get to the gym more often) and The Little Stranger by Sarah Waters (just started).

Last week, I finished Shanghai Girls (review to come) and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (review to come). I did review two books last week: Never Let You Go by Erin Healy and The Scent of Rain and Lightning by Nancy Pickard (click on the title to read my review).

What are you reading this week?

Wow, I want to read ALL of those! Started "Sweetness," but had to return it to the library before I could get very far - but I liked what I read. Hope you enjoy it, and all your reading this week!

I would love to read The Girl with The Green Tattoo. Now, there are two more books.

Do you read while walking on a treadmill or doing the elliptical at the gym? I was just thinking last week that in order to get through the book I was reading I should do that. (But it is somewhat difficult for me to do the book along with the cardio.) A suggestion -- audiobooks are PERFECT for the gym! Another book suggestion: Bloodline: Alliance by L.R. Saul -- it's fantasy novel, but it's a strong mystery as well, with suspense that builds, and twist and turns that don't let you down.

I look forward to reading your thoughts on Bradley's book. I have that one in my TBR room waiting its turn. And The Little Stranger is another one I want to read. I hope you have a great week!

Ooh, sounds good. I want to read Sweetness, and I hadn't heard about The Little Stranger yet.

Hope you get to the gym more so you can read more!
