3 W Wednesdays -- 8/18

This meme is hosted by Should Be Reading.

What are you reading? Currently, I am about 20 pages away from finishing Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and 20 pages into One Day by David Nicholls.

What have you recently finished reading? Over the weekend I finished Starting from Scratch by Susan Gilbert-Collins (review to come) and last week I reviewed Look Again by Lisa Scottoline (click on title to read my review).

What are you reading next? Most likely I will try to read The Lace Reader by Brunonia Barry or if the library has a copy, then I will read The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest by Stieg Larsson.

What are you reading?

How are you finding Eat, Pray, Love?

Hi Lu,

I am actually enjoying it very much. I am almost done and really enjoying her time in Bali. Have you read it?

I just finished the Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest! it was great - a satisfying ending to the series - a bit thick with Swedish politics at the beginning but stick with it.

I also just finished a middle-grade book, Elvis & Olive - also very good!

I just started "The Little Book", a novel my husband gave me for my birthday - only on the first chapter so far!

I don't usually plan ahead but next up is The Passage - I want to read it during the summer - before book group assignments crowd my reading plans - but didn't want to take it camping this weekend (too big!)

Sue,

Good luck with The Passage! I definitely agree that it is too big to bring camping.

Have a great time!

I'm currently in-between books. I finished Bryant & May On the Loose last night (just reviewed on my blog), so now I have to pick a book to start.

Hi Kelsey,
I would definitely recommend Eat, Pray, Love. It's an interesting read and Gilbert has a wonderful voice and writing style.

Hi Nikki-Ann,
Good Luck picking your next book. I would recommend Starting from Scratch, which I recently finished. It was a wonderful read.

Hi Lu,
I hope you enjoy Eat, Pray, Love as much as I did. When you finish, don't hesitate to stop by and email me your thoughts. I love to discuss books!
