Booking Through Thursday -- 6/4

“This can be a quick one. Don’t take too long to think about it. Fifteen books you’ve read that will always stick with you. First fifteen you can recall in no more than 15 minutes.”

1. Persuasion by Jane Austen
2. My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
3. The Spellman Files by Lisa Lutz
4. The Virgin of Small Plains by Nancy Pickard
5. Click, Clack, Moo -- Cows That Type by Doreen Cronin
6. No, David by David Shannon
7. The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman
8. Dead to the World by Charlaine Harris
9. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
10. Watchmen by Alan Moore
11. Fluke by Christopher Moore

I could only think of 11! I know there are so many more. I just can't seem to think of them right now. What are your 15? (Want to play along? Go to Booking Through Thursday)

Don't forget to check out my interview with Kate Veitch, author of Without a Backward Glance!

Jane Eyre looks like a favourite read on for most book bloggers!

Stuck forever and ever!

I had a different Austen, but I liked Persuasion, too. My Sister's Keeper was a great audiobook!

I just managed to get 15 for my list but, of course, as soon as I posted it, I thought of about 15 more that I forgot that should've been on the list. It didn't make my list, but I would definitely agree that My Sister's Keeper is a sticky book!

Click, Clack, Moo? Really? That sounds priceless!

Love Charlaine Harris and Charlotte Bronte but I gotta admit I didn't care much for Jane Austen. Does that make me a horrible person? lol

Well, that's a good list even if it's not the full fifteen. I almost included "Jane Eyre" on mine, too.

Persuasion and Jane Eyre are some of my favorites too.

I want to read My Sister's Keeper but I feel like it would make me weep, so, I won't.

Interesting list! I've never heard of cows that type, but because my day job involves typing, I need to read it!

Thanks for visiting my post. I don't think I have read any of the books on your list. Never heard of the Click Clack Moo either. Must check that out.

I just recently read The Watchmen. I certainly made me have more respect for super hero comics.

Persuasion is an excellent one as is the Golden Compass. Subtle Knife worked my nerves a bit and haven't read the third, yet.
you should check out the new Masterpiece theater version of Persuasion...brilliant, absolutely brilliant! I almost didn't know if they would hook up or not.
